UniqueQ™ is a Cloud based e-Therapy Software developed by Quicksilva Limited.

We at Quicksilva Limited understand that your privacy is very important and are always committed to ensuring you transparency of our privacy practices and our control over your data in connection with UniqueQ™ Services.

The data collected through UniqueQ™ is intended to be restricted to the purposes of delivering services for which the client or therapist has taken on - as defined in our Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy applies to all data from clients, contacts, therapists and visitors to Quicksilva Limited and our suite of software and applications and includes but is not limited to, online services, mobile services, and all other services that Quicksilva Limited fulfils.

Notification of Privacy Policy changes

Quicksilva Limited may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Quicksilva Limited decides to make material changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will post the changes on this page so that you always will know what information we collect, how it is used, and when and how it will be disclosed. Your use of the UniqueQ™ suite of services following notice of such change will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, which may include application of the new policy to information provided prior to the date of such change.

What information does UniqueQ™ collect?

Quicksilva Limited receives and stores personal and company information you enter and/or share with our services.

The types of Personal Information collected are:

  • first and last name;
  • therapy service provision;
  • contact information including email address;
  • address details including post code; and
  • online credentials and associated data for your secure access to UniqueQ™ for therapy purposes.
What we do with the information we gather

We will retain any Data you submit for the duration of your use of the UniqueQ™ services.

Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to any third party disclosures specifically set out in this Policy, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and/or other companies within our group.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
Your access and use of the UniqueQ™ software

UniqueQ™ is accessed as Software as a Service (SaaS) through a web browser using your personal credentials and is housed on a secure server hosted by Microsoft Azure within the confines of the EU territory.

Is my company information secure?

Quicksilva Limited has appropriate electronic, physical, and managerial policies and procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect to prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information.

We backup our services regularly and retain these backups for one (1) month.

Access to your data through your UniqueQ™ account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Your password is “hashed” and “salted” and cannot be recovered if you forget it and nor is it accessible or visible to Quicksilva Limited. You can request a reset through the UniqueQ™ system.

We have implemented SSL Encryption and paired it with HTTPS technology to provide secure transmission over the Cloud to and from your device. You need to prevent unauthorised access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your devices by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

If you terminate your account, your complete company information, will be removed from the site and deleted from our servers, including all backup copies. This will be actioned within the time scales as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Should you ever decide to delete your UniqueQ™ account, you may do so by sending us a request at team@UniqueQ.co.uk in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Data collected on UniqueQ™

Quicksilva Limited does not have any direct or indirect relationship with the individual’s personal data that is processed by the UniqueQ™ software or that is stored in the database.

If you are an client of one of the therapists that use UniqueQ™ as its cloud-based therapy software provider, and if you have concerns with that data, then contact the therapist directly regarding this concern.

Quicksilva Limited will not share or transfer any Personal Information captured or stored as part of the services offered by Quicksilva Limited.

Quicksilva Limited will retain personal information for all clients of a therapist for as long as the therapist is active. When a therapist stops their services with UniqueQ™, we will retain their information for a specific time frame as necessary to comply with our legal requirements.
